The Last Thing You Want AI to Control Is Your Mind

AI is already taking over jobs.

It writes code, drafts emails, designs logos, and passes law exams.

Most people have accepted this. The productivity gains are real. The efficiency is undeniable.

But there's a line most people haven't thought about.

Your job can be replaced.
Your output can be automated.
Your tasks can be delegated.

But your ability to think, to reason, question, and form your own conclusions. That's the last thing you want to outsource.

Because once you stop exercising it, you lose it.

MIT found that AI users show up to 55% less brain connectivity than people working without it.

Not because AI is evil.
Because friction is how thinking works.

When you struggle with a problem your brain builds something. When AI answers instantly, it doesn't.

Do this hundreds of times a day and the compounding effect is real. You stop trusting your own thinking. You can't finish an idea without AI validating it first.

AI taking your job is one thing.
AI taking your mind is another.

Think before you ask.
